Accomplishments include certifications in REO, Short Sales and is an Investment Specialist and is very fluent in the 1031 “Tax Deferred Exchange” for the investors looking to trade up.
Dedicated to serving his community Michael is a life Member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Torrance Lodge 785 which cares for needy children, families, and senior citizens by providing food, housing, clothing, medical needs, and education. Michael is also a Viet Nam war veteran and is proud to have served his country.
